Charlotte Siversson

Charlotte Siversson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the HR field. Charlotte began their career in 2006 as a Recruiter and Consultant responsible at Ajilon/Adecco IT & Engineering, where they managed the recruitment and employment process for key accounts. Charlotte then joined Tetra Pak in 2007 and held various positions including HR Manager, HR Program Manager, HR Partner, and HR Project Manager, where they were involved in organizational development, change management, and talent management. In 2014, Charlotte joined Cybercom Group as an HR Partner, where they were responsible for talent and competence development and successfully implemented learning and development initiatives. Charlotte then joined PEAB ANLÄGGNING AB in 2019 as an HR-partner. Currently, Charlotte works at Höganäs AB, where they are a VP Performance & Career Management, as well as an HR Business Partner. Charlotte'sexperience showcases their expertise in HR strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation.

Charlotte Siversson earned both a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Business Administration/Strategic Management from Lund University between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, they attended Växjö University in 2003 and 2004, focusing on Personnel Administration.
