Jayanta has held various titles in companies such as Höganäs AB, Hoganas India Ltd, Bekaert, XLO India Limited, and Hindalco. Jayanta is currently the Supply Chain Manager at Höganäs AB and the Plant Manager at Hoganas India Ltd, where Jayanta oversees the operation of the Annealing and Mixing Plant.
