Alina Marinchenko

Alina Marinchenko has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on global operations. Alina is currently the Global Head of FP&A at Hogarth Worldwide, a position they assumed in June 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Global FP&A Manager at Hogarth Worldwide from May 2022 to May 2023 and served as a Senior Global FP&A Analyst from October 2019 to June 2022. Before joining Hogarth Worldwide, Alina worked as a Commercial Finance Analyst at British American Tobacco from December 2016 to October 2019. Alina also served as a Commercial Budget Controller at Russian Standard Vodka from April 2015 to October 2016. Alina started their career as a Financial Analyst at Nestlé from November 2009 to August 2012 and gained early experience as an intern in the International Tax Structuring department at PwC Russia from July 2008 to May 2009.

Alina Marinchenko pursued a Master's Degree in Finance with a focus on International Financial Markets from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO, graduating in 2009. Alina then went on to study Accounting and Business/Management at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 2015 to 2018.
