Andi Alam has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Andi began their career in 2010 at JWT, where they started as an Account Manager and was later promoted to Associate Account Director. During their time at JWT, they managed various clients, such as Ford Motor Indonesia, Unilever Sunsilk, HSBC, and Shell. Andi played a crucial role in improving agency performance and achieving the target billing.

In 2012, Andi joined Leo Burnett as an Account Director, leading a dedicated team for FFI products and overseeing various projects, including digital, CRM, and media. Andi then moved on to work at Energy BBDO as an Interim Account Director and In Fame Agency as a Business and Marketing Consultant.

In 2013, Andi took on the role of Senior Regional Account Planning Director at Delphys Hakuhodo International, where they handled the Account Planning department and managed the Brand Health Survey for Toyota Motor Corporation in 16 countries. In 2020, Andi moved to T.A.G Indonesia as the Director of Marketing and Business Development, playing a key role in driving marketing initiatives and expanding the business. Andi then worked at Playfix as the Chief Marketing Officer in 2022 before transitioning to their most recent role as the Head of Office - Country Director at Hogarth in 2023.

Andi Alam completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication from ITKP between 2004 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Japanese Literature from the University of Indonesia from 2002 to 2003. In addition to their academic education, Andi has also obtained several certifications, including Advanced Google Analytics and Google Analytics for Beginners from Google in February 2019.
