Nick de Haas

Nick de Haas is an experienced event coordinator currently working at Hogeschool Inholland since July 2022. Previously, Nick held the position of event manager at Hotel Arena Amsterdam from December 2021 to July 2022. As the owner of Haus Desserts from April 2020 to November 2021, Nick managed all aspects of the business. Nick also served as chef/manager at The Breakfast Club Amsterdam for over three years and worked as an instructor/practical teacher at ROC van Amsterdam for about nine months. Earlier experiences include roles as chef patissier at Bakkerszonen Amsterdam and patissier at Hotel Okura Amsterdam. Additionally, Nick completed a stage at Michell Viollete MOF in Lyon, France, and started as sous chef at Grand Café La Belle for five years. Education includes an MBO 4 degree in specialized patisserie from ROC van Amsterdam.
