Sonja Georgievska

Sonja Georgievska currently serves as a Lecturer in Data & AI and a Learning Coach at Inholland University of Applied Sciences since October 2025. Prior to this role, Sonja spent a decade at the Netherlands eScience Center, where the position of Senior ML Researcher & Engineer involved guiding interdisciplinary teams in the application of AI and data science across various fields such as healthcare and environmental research. Sonja has held multiple engineering and research positions at SPAX Solution and Eindhoven University of Technology, where contributions included leading AI initiatives and mentoring researchers. Sonja holds a PhD in Mathematics and Computer Science and a Master's degree in Informatics.
