Danielle de Wilde

Danielle de Wilde is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in the events industry, currently serving as the owner of Rotterdam Business Events bv since October 2002, specializing in corporate events and congresses. In addition to this role, Danielle is the initiator and chairperson of the Stichting Rotterdamse Zakenvrouw van het Jaar, promoting female entrepreneurship in Rotterdam since November 2016. Danielle's commitments include being a member of the Matchgroep at Rotterdamse Uitdaging since April 2021 and serving on the board of Stichting Ondernemersprijs BAR-Regio since December 2014, which stimulates entrepreneurship in the BAR region. Notably, Danielle received the title of Zakenvrouw van het jaar for 2013-2014 in the BAR-regio. Danielle also contributes to education as a lecturer in Responsible Event Management at Hogeschool Rotterdam since May 2014 and has held various board positions, including with VBO Fresh Port and Hockey Club Barendrecht. Possessing a strong educational background with a degree from Hotelschool The Hague, Danielle has previously owned several communication and events agencies.
