Niels van der Zwan

Niels van der Zwan is a seasoned project developer with extensive experience in urban development and education. Currently serving as a project developer at ERA Contour B.V. since May 2015, Niels is involved in the Little C project in Rotterdam, which encompasses a complex urban development including residential and commercial spaces. Niels also holds positions as a guest lecturer in Concept and Project Development at both The Hague University of Applied Sciences and Hogeschool Rotterdam, mentoring students in the field. Formerly a co-founder of Dufarge, Niels has a diverse background in project management and real estate, with past roles at companies such as Kikx development BV and Bokx vastgoed ontwikkeling. Niels began professional endeavors in the creative sector as a filmer and editor for _rootDOWN Media, and initially gained recognition as a sponsored snowboarder. Niels obtained a degree from The Hague University of Applied Sciences between 1996 and 2000.
