Roy Masthoff

Roy Masthoff is an experienced professional with a diverse range of roles across multiple organizations, demonstrating expertise in training, consultancy, and business ownership. Currently serving as Voorzitter of Stichting Tandem Vooruit since April 2014, Roy focuses on enhancing educational opportunities for students in Spijkenisse through networking and financial support. As the Owner of TalentPickers, Roy specializes in sourcing sales and retail talent, while also managing omaklaasje.nl, a business dedicated to vintage and retro home accessories. Additionally, Roy has contributed as a Trainer at DOSIGN Academy, imparting commercial and communication skills to engineering professionals. With a strong presence in education as a Docent/Trainer at Hogeschool Rotterdam and a founding role in Loose Tie Drink, an informal networking event, Roy maintains an active profile in community engagement. Roy has also co-owned Alles Kids, a vintage children’s clothing store since 2007, and has held managerial positions at AXS Office and AXS Techniek, focusing on talent placement and marketing communication since 2001. Education was completed at Einstein from 1984 to 1993.
