Bart van Langen

Bart van Langen is an experienced organisatie coach, currently working at Sennergy since April 2011, where focus lies on organizational change and coaching. In addition, Bart serves as the coordinator, coach, trainer, and supervisor for the Bedrijfskunde program at Hogeschool van Amsterdam, contributing to the guidance of over 100 graduation projects. Previous roles include researcher at the Lectoraat management van cultuurverandering HvA, conducting research on poverty alleviation and community learning, and advisor/system approach roles at Ymere and Van Wijk Vastgoedonderhoud, focusing on tenant-centered maintenance processes. Bart is also the founder of Knappe Mannen, supporting organizations in navigating labor market changes, and has held various other educational and advisory positions throughout a diverse career. Education includes a degree in bedrijfskunde from the University of Groningen and ongoing studies for a Register organisatiecoach certification.
