Janneke Hohmann

Janneke Hohmann serves as a Lecturer in Business & Management and HR at Hogeschool van Amsterdam | Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences since September 2002, focusing on international HR, team and organizational development, and talent management. Hohmann has led various projects, including the Young Professional Pool program, the creation of the Make IT Work initiative for unemployed individuals, and collaborative Summerschool courses for international students. In addition, Hohmann has held leadership roles such as Head of the Honours Academy and COO of the Faculty of Digital Media and Creative Industries, overseeing significant organizational development and change management. Previous experience includes roles at Stepwork as Interim Human Resource Manager, Bologna Business School as a Guest Lecturer in Talent Management, and Ahold as Manager of the Leadership Program for retail managers. Hohmann holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
