Latifa Belhaj is a multi-faceted professional with extensive experience in spatial planning and coaching. Currently serving at Omgevingstalent since January 2023 and holding the position of Founder & Coach at Madila Coaching & Training since September 2020, Latifa is dedicated to enhancing workplace happiness. Latifa also contributes to academia as a lecturer at Hogeschool van Amsterdam, while providing coaching as a Fearless Living Consultant and High Performance Coach at THE FEARLESS GROUP. Previous roles include Relatiemanager at Kinran Consultancy and Medewerker Beleid Ruimtelijk Domein for Provincie Utrecht, among others. Latifa holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has pursued additional studies in coaching and management.
