Roland de Bruijn

Roland de Bruijn is an experienced trainer, coach, and keynote speaker currently working with Dialogue to Synergize since November 2021, specializing in leadership through dialogue. As a Senior Lecturer and Researcher at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Roland guides part-time students in exploring new questions and challenging the status quo. Additionally, Roland serves as a volunteer team coach for Habitat for Humanity Nederland, supporting cross-cultural teams, and has been self-employed since 2002, focusing on communication, collaboration, and leadership development. Roland’s previous roles include coaching at Martini Hospital, conducting research for Salta Group, and developing training programs at Berenschot. Roland holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
