Rolinka Kattouw

Rolinka Kattouw is an experienced program manager currently serving at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences as a program manager for the Centre of Expertise Creative Innovation since September 2023. Rolinka founded and directs Oostwest, an agency focused on creative strategy, since April 2001. Additionally, Rolinka has been the chair of stichting Schrijven naar de Toekomst since January 2021, fostering connections through letter exchanges. Previous roles include heading the Next Nature Academy & Lab (2020-2022), program lead at Ouder- en Kindteams Amsterdam (2020), and research lead positions with the Ministerie van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat and Overlegorgaan Fysieke Leefomgeving. Rolinka holds a Master of Arts in History of Art from the University of Amsterdam and has completed studies in Trends & Concept Development at Artemis Academie Amsterdam, graduating cum laude.
