Brandon Barnes

Brandon Barnes is an experienced beverage professional currently serving as the Beverage Director at Monkey Bar under Hogsalt since 2022. Prior to this role, Brandon held the position of Beverage Director at Cote Korean Steakhouse from 2021 to 2022. Brandon's journey in the beverage industry includes significant roles as a Sommelier at DEL POSTO LTD (2018-2020), Union Square Hospitality Group (2016-2018), and Bouley (2014-2016), as well as serving as a Food and Beverage Manager at Picholine Restaurant from 2011 to 2014. Brandon's qualifications include a Certified Sommelier designation from the Court of Master Sommeliers and an Advanced Level Certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Education was pursued at Morehouse College.
