Ira Lipton

Ira Lipton is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in transportation and municipal law. Currently a partner at Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney since 2001, Ira has held significant positions including Senior Counsel at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority from 1997 to 2001, Assistant General Counsel at the New York City Transit Authority from 1992 to 1997, and Assistant Chief in the General Litigation Division at the New York City Law Department from 1986 to 1992. Ira Lipton earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Skidmore College.
