Amjad al Kadamani

Amjad Al Kadamani has worked in various finance and accounting roles for different companies over the years.

Amjad started their career as a Management Accountant at Arab Federal Company for Manufacturing from 1992 to 1997.

Then, they worked as a Senior Professional Accountant at ASTE for technical Engineering from 1997 to 2001.

After that, they joined HOI-ASTE for technical Engineering as a Financial and Administration Manager from 2001 to 2010. In this role, they were responsible for establishing accounting policies, managing cash flow, and supervising a team of 17 accountants. Amjad also implemented cost control measures and achieved additional revenue of over 12 million LE.

From 2010 to 2013, Amjad served as the Financial Director at HOI-MEA for technical Engineering. Amjad was in charge of financial planning, budget management, internal controls, and tax compliance. Amjad also played a key role in building relationships with tax authorities and external auditors.

Currently, Amjad holds the position of Group CFO at HOI-MEA Group since 2013. In this role, they oversee the financial affairs of 13 companies and 4 factories in 7 countries. Amjad has successfully led restructuring initiatives and participated in mergers and acquisitions. Amjad is also responsible for preparing consolidation financial statements and reports.

From 1988 to 1992, Amjad Al Kadamani attended Damascus University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance.
