Hesham Said

Hesham Said has over 15 years of work experience. Hesham started their career in 2006 as a Civil Engineer at HOI/GROUP. Hesham worked there until February 2015 and held the position of Deputy for the General Manager of the Sudan branch. During their time at HOI/GROUP, they were responsible for managing the construction process for various sites and overseeing other company departments.

In 2015, Hesham joined Bin Dayel For Contracting (KSA) as a Project Manager. Their responsibilities included overseeing the construction of residential buildings, an office building, and a mosque and gym hall. Hesham is still currently working for Bin Dayel For Contracting.

In 2016, Hesham moved to Value and took on the role of Project Manager. Hesham managed all deployment activities, including site acquisition, pre-construction services, and client meetings. Hesham also handled project budgets and maintained strong customer relationships. Their tenure at Value ended in January 2022.

Most recently, in September 2019, Hesham joined HOI MEA as the Head of Operations.

Hesham Said obtained their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University, where they attended from 1999 to 2004. Their field of study was specifically focused on Civil Engineering.
