Andrew Vassiliou has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Andrew is currently serving as the CFO Cyprus at Hoist Finance, where they oversee the financial operations of the company. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Deloitte Cyprus for 6 years, starting as an Audit Assistant and progressing to the role of Assistant Manager. In these positions, they gained expertise in auditing and supervising financial processes.

Before joining Deloitte, Andrew worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Cyprus, where they contributed to the analysis of debt data from various financial institutions. Additionally, they gained teaching experience as a part-time Greek, Math, and Accounting Tutor during their self-employment period.

Andrew also served as a Part-time Accountant at George Christoforou Ltd and as an Infantry Private in the National Guard of the Republic of Cyprus. Their earliest work experience was as a Clerk and Bookkeeper at Myrofora Andreou.

Andrew Vassiliou's education history begins with their completion of the Upper Secondary School Leaving Certificate in Economics at Livadia Regional Lyceum in 2010. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Public and Business Administration with a specialization in Finance at the University of Cyprus from 2010 to 2014.

In 2013, Andrew obtained several additional certifications, including the Sage 50 Accounts Level 2 certification from Sage UK, the Sage 50 Computerized Accounting Stage 1 certification from ECDL Cyprus (where they achieved first place), the Introduction to Matlab certification from the University of Cyprus, and the Introduction to SPSS certification, also from the University of Cyprus.

In 2014, Andrew began their Master's Degree in Finance and Business at The Manchester Metropolitan University, which they completed in 2015.

Andrew further expanded their certification portfolio in 2018 by becoming an Associate Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) after completing the necessary requirements set by ACCA.

Additionally, in 2010 and 2009, they obtained the Level 3 Certificate in Book-keeping and Accounts (pass) and the Level 2 Certificate in Book-keeping and Accounts (distinction), respectively, from the London Chamber of Commerce. In 2009, they also earned the Level 1 Certificate in Book Keeping with distinction from the same institution.
