Hans Ravén

Hans Ravén has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Hans is currently working as the Lead Investment Analyst at Hoist Finance since March 2023. In this role, Hans is responsible for revaluations of unsecured portfolios and supervises three direct reporting analysts located in Rome, Cyprus, and Poland.

Prior to their current position, Hans worked as the Head of Debt Collection at Northmill Bank from October 2020 to February 2023. Before that, they served in various roles at Intrum starting from 2013. These roles include Senior Group Risk Analyst, Group Risk Analyst, Head of Purchased Debt Analysis Northern Europe, and Senior Portfolio Analyst.

Hans also gained significant experience at Lindorff, where they worked as the Deputy Head of Capital Investment Sweden and as a Portfolio Analyst from 2008 to 2013. In these roles, they were responsible for NPL-portfolio valuations and financial reporting.

Additionally, Hans has worked at Eurocredit AB as the Collection Manager, where they led a debt collection department, and at ProVoice and Eurocredit as a Risk Analyst/Credit Manager, where they engaged in M&A activities and business development.

Their early career includes roles at Transcom CMS as a Risk Analyst and Debt Collector.

Hans Ravén completed their Gymnasium education at Ebersteinska skolan from 1995 to 1998, specializing in Natural Sciences. After that, they pursued higher education at Uppsala University. From 1999 to 2004, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Business.
