Louisa Hadjivassiliou

Louisa Hadjivassiliou began their career as an intern in the Audit Department at EY in 2007. Louisa then interned in the Audit Department at PwC Cyprus in 2008. In 2009, they joined PwC Cyprus as an Associate in the Audit Department and later became a Senior Associate in the same department from 2012 to 2014. Louisa then transitioned to the Deals Department at PwC Cyprus, starting as an Assistant Manager from 2014 to 2016 and eventually becoming a Manager from 2016 to 2018. During their time at PwC Cyprus, they led teams in providing corporate finance services and had a specialization in banking, including asset quality reviews and debt restructuring. In 2018, they joined Pepper Cyprus as a Junior Manager, where they handled terminated borrowers in a retail portfolio. In 2020, they were promoted to Manager at Pepper Cyprus and led a team responsible for managing a non-performing retail portfolio. Currently, they are working at Hoist Finance as a Loan Asset Manager and is also serving as the Head of Operations starting from 2023.

Louisa Hadjivassiliou obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Louisa completed their secondary education at The English School in Nicosia from 1999 to 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, from 2009 to 2012, Louisa pursued the ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) qualification at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
