Marcin Dynak

Marcin Dynak has extensive work experience in compliance and information security roles. Marcin is currently serving as the Head of Compliance at Hoist Finance since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at IBM as an Advisory IT Security Specialist, where they were responsible for account security management and data privacy coordination for the Nordics region. Before joining IBM, Marcin worked at Intrum in various roles including Compliance and Information Security Team Manager and National Compliance Officer. In these roles, they handled responsibilities related to data protection, information privacy, compliance functions, regulatory monitoring, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, outsourcing, and procurement. Additionally, they had expertise in debt collection operations support. Marcin also gained experience in internal audits, controls, and risk management activities during their time at Kancelaria Adwokatów i Radców Prawnych Lorica Iuris sp.k. Overall, Marcin Dynak has a strong background in compliance, information security, and internal control functions.

Marcin Dynak has a diverse education history. Marcin pursued postgraduate studies at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 2014 to 2015, focusing on internal audit, supervision, and management control. Prior to that, they completed their master's degree in Administration at the University of Wroclaw from 2009 to 2011. During the same period, they also obtained another master's degree in Economics from the same institution. Earlier in their academic journey, from 2006 to 2009, Marcin earned their bachelor's degree in Administration from the University of Wroclaw.

In addition to their formal education, Marcin obtained several certifications. Marcin completed the IBM Cloud Essentials course in August 2021, followed by the Cloud Core course in May 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the Privacy Foundations certification in March 2021, all from IBM.
