Marcin Wiśniewski

Marcin Wiśniewski has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marcin started their career in 2008 as the President of Students Television KampusTV. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Member at the University Legal Clinic at the University of Wroclaw. In 2011, they served as an Office Worker at the Bailiffs Office Artur Wojnar, The bailiff District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna.

After that, Marcin joined the Law office of Jacek Ludwikowski, Attorney as a Lawyer from October to December 2012. In 2013, they worked as an Inspector of Executory Procedure at Getin Noble Bank S.A. Following this, they were a Specialist of Executory Procedure and later a Product Manager at Casus Szczurowski & Wspólnicy Kancelaria Prawna from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, Marcin worked briefly as a Product Manager at Casus Finanse Sp. z o.o. Marcin then joined Komornik Sądowy przy Sądzie Rejonowym w Środzie Śląskiej Andrzej Pokora as an Aplikant komorniczy/Bailiff trainee from 2016 to 2017. Subsequently, they moved to the Komornik Sądowy przy Sądzie Rejonowym w Wołowie Mateusz Dziędzióła, where they served as an Aplikant komorniczy/ Bailiff trainee and later as an Asesor komorniczy/Assistant bailiff from 2017 to 2019.

Marcin's most recent role was at Hoist Finance, where they held multiple positions. Marcin started as a Legal Senior Process Manager from March 2019 to October 2020. Marcin then served as a Big Tickets Process Coordinator from October 2020 to December 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Manager of Big Tickets Department and Legal Counsel/Radca Prawny, where they manage teams and oversees the purchase of high-value portfolios at Hoist Finance.

Marcin Wiśniewski completed their Master of Laws (LLM) degree at the University of Wroclaw from 2007 to 2012. Marcin pursued further studies at the same institution, earning a Magister prawa (Mgr prawa) degree in Studia podyplomowe Prawa Zamówień Publicznych (Postgraduate studies in The Public Procurement Law) from 2012 to 2013.
