Engineering Project Manager at HOJ Innovations

Patricia Jacobs has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. PATRICIA started their career as a Civil Engineer at Condor Construções where they supervised operations and maintained quality and safety control methods. PATRICIA achieved the highest level of certification in the Brazilian Program of Quality and Productivity. Patricia then became an MTC Instructor at the Missionary Training Center before joining LDS Business College as a Career Advisor. In this role, they advised students on effective résumés, cover letters, and job interviews based on the StrengthsFinder program. PATRICIA also managed and coordinated the Learn to Earn Conference, a social media conference for over 1000 students, businesses, and social media experts. Following that, Patricia served as a Project Manager and Engineering Intern at Hoj Engineering and Sales, where they gained valuable experience. Currently, they are working at HOJ Innovations as an Engineering Project Manager.

Patricia Jacobs holds a diverse educational background. PATRICIA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General, from Stevens-Henager College in 2016-2017. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they studied Project Management at Ensign College, specializing in Business Management. In 2003-2008, Patricia obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso. Additionally, they acquired their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2019.
