Deep Shah

Deep Shah currently serves as an Engineering Project Manager at JDE Peet's since October 2025. Previously, Deep held the position of Senior Project Engineer at Ornua from May 2020 to October 2025, managing capital budgets and executing facility projects. Prior to that, Deep was a Plant Engineer and Maintenance Manager at SunTree Snack Foods, LLC, where significant achievements included the setup of a Vertical Form Fill Seal packaging line. Earlier experience includes roles at Arizona State University as a Graduate Research Assistant, focusing on innovative cooling systems and tablet computer design, as well as being Project Manager at ChalkStreet, developing mechanical engineering course content. Deep's professional journey began as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at General Motors. Deep holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
