Anders Heine Jensen

Anders Heine Jensen is the CEO of Højgaard Industri A/S. Prior to this, they served as the Vice Chairman of the Board at MT Højgaard from May 2017 to October 2018.

At MT Højgaard, Anders oversaw a major turnaround of the company, including a complete organisational transformation. This transformation involved reducing the company's overhead costs and headcount, as well as focusing on project execution and performance. These changes led to MT Højgaard becoming one of the leading players in the construction and civil engineering industry in the Nordic region.

Anders' work at MT Højgaard was successful, and they were able to increase the share price from 68 in April 2019 to 95 by the end of 2019. Anders left MT Højgaard in November 2019 after the board of directors approved the final stage of the turnaround.

Anders Heine Jensen has a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and a Bachelor's in Economics & Foreign Trade from Copenhagen Business School.
