Anne-Maria Mikkonen has a solid work experience in the food and restaurant industry. Anne-Maria began their career at HOK-Elanto liiketoiminta Oy in 2006, where they worked as a Business Concept manager and later became a Restaurant manager. In 2013, they joined HOK-Elanto as a Food Lab Manager and Concept Designer, a role they held until December 2016.
