Nina Hienonen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service design and customer experience management. Currently serving as Kehityspäällikkö at HOK-Elanto since January 2025, Nina has previously held the role of Service Manager at Kespro and has practical teaching experience as a Vocational Teacher Student at Haaga-Helia School of Vocational Teacher Education. With a strong educational background including degrees in Interior Design, Service Design, and Hospitality Management from reputable institutions, Nina has demonstrated expertise in brand and concept building during tenures at Fazer and Compass Group. Notably, Nina's career includes significant operational leadership as District Manager for Starbucks and Project Manager for creating innovative airport dining experiences at SSP Finland.
