Roosa Oksa has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Roosa began their career as an Insurance Consultant at Fennia in 2009, and then moved on to work as a Marketing Assistant Trainee at Halton in 2010. In 2011, they joined StaffPoint Oy as a Customer Service Agent, before transitioning to a role as an Insurance Consultant at OP Financial Group later that year. Roosa then took on various roles at OP Financial Group, including Sales Coach, Social Media Specialist, and Digital Sales Manager.
