Debra Handy

Debra Handy is an experienced office management professional currently serving as Vice President and Office Manager at HOK since 1988. In this role, Debra supervises office service staff, manages supplies and equipment purchasing, organizes professional development opportunities, coordinates special events, oversees facility maintenance, investigates staff complaints, and ensures emergency preparedness while promoting sustainable workplace practices. Previously, Debra worked as an Independent Jewelry Consultant for Cookie Lee Jewelry from November 2007 to January 2015, conducting jewelry shows and participating in trade events and fundraisers. Additionally, Debra served as an Administrative Assistant at the American Red Cross from 1985 to 1987. Debra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Studies from Saint Louis University, earned between 2003 and 2010.
