Laura W. Switzer Aia

Laura W. Switzer AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD-C is a Senior Project Architect at HOK since July 2022. Switzer served as Secretary for the AIA St. Louis Chapter from January 2020 to December 2023, contributing to the governance of the chapter's Board of Directors. Previous roles include Senior Associate at Lawrence Group from July 2015 to August 2022, Project Architect at Rosemann & Associates, PC from June 2014 to July 2015, and Architectural Intern at Forum Studio from February 2011 to May 2014. Switzer's early career included positions as a Junior Instructor at Duke University Talent Identification Program in June 2010 and Teaching Assistant at Southern Illinois University Carbondale from September 2009 to May 2010. Switzer's experience also encompasses internships at Forum Studio and Harding Partners. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Architecture from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a Bachelor's in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
