Andrew Lemoncello

Andrew Lemoncello is an experienced professional in the athletic footwear industry, currently serving as the Global Product Line Manager for Athlete Footwear at HOKA since January 2025. With over a decade of experience as a Senior Coach at McMillan Running Company since June 2010, Andrew has led athletes through training cycles and developed co-branded products, also sharing insights as a keynote speaker at various events. Prior to HOKA, Andrew held several roles at adidas from May 2017 to January 2025, including Category Manager for Running Footwear, where responsibilities included managing supply chains and developing pricing and marketing strategies. Andrew's career began as a Costing Analyst and progressed through various roles, providing a comprehensive understanding of product management and development. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Studies from the University of Stirling.
