Currently serving as the Director of Product Development for HOKA since January 2025, Bob heads the Innovation Footwear and Apparel Development. Concurrently, Bob provides advisory services through BFK Consulting & Advising, focusing on product creation and technology. Previously, Bob held multiple senior roles at adidas, including Senior Innovation Director where the focus was on advancing flagship footwear concepts and managing teams dedicated to key market categories. Bob's educational background includes a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Sheffield and an MBA from the University of Portland, underscoring a strong foundation in both technical and business aspects of the industry.
