Kelsey Smith

Kelsey Smith is a seasoned technical designer with extensive experience in active apparel and fashion-forward brands. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Designer at HOKA since May 2022, Kelsey previously held technical design roles at Spanx, DICK'S Sporting Goods for the Calia brand, Converse, L.L.Bean, and Coldwater Creek. Kelsey established fit standards, oversaw fittings from prototypes to production, and contributed to women's apparel across various categories including core, active, and lifestyle. Kelsey began a career in design with an internship at Lincoln & Lexi, a children's wear company, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Apparel Merchandising, Production, and Design from Iowa State University.
