Harry Keeler has held various roles in the past six years. In 2016, they were a Commercial Duty Manager at Merlin Entertainments plc. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Customer Success Manager and Client Service Executive - Corporate at Cision UK. Harry is currently a Customer Success Manager at Hokodo.

Harry Keeler completed their Bachelor of Technology in Creative Media Studies Level 3 at Uxbridge College in 2017. Prior to that, they attended Ruislip High School. In April 2021, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
