Adriana Rothey

Adriana Rothey is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Director at Hokulia Shave Ice since March 2024. Previously, Adriana held the position of Community Associate at WeWork from February 2022 to March 2024, and worked at Marriott International as an Assistant Event Coordinator and Concierge from January 2019 to February 2022. In addition, Adriana gained valuable experience at Michelle Leo Events as an Event Planning Intern between February 2020 and October 2021, and served as a Camp Counselor for Especially For Youth in the summer of 2018. Earlier in career, Adriana worked as an Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Surety at Surescape Insurance Services, LLC from March 2013 to September 2015. Educationally, Adriana obtained an Associate of Science in Meeting and Event Planning from Utah Valley University and also holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the same institution.
