Matthew Hargreaves

Matthew Hargreaves is an experienced National Health and Safety Manager currently leading the Aggregates division at Holcim Australia since June 2025. Previously, Matthew served as the Health, Safety and Well-being Manager for the CopperString 2032 project at Powerlink Queensland, where oversight of the HSW function was critical to aligning project goals with organisational values. Matthew has a robust background in health, safety, and environment management across various industries, including major roles at Ampol Australia and Downer, where Matthew directed HSE functions on significant projects and initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma and Certificate in Business Management from Swinburne University and Advanced and Diploma qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety and Management from TAFE NSW.
