Allison Kilburn

Allison Kilburn has extensive experience in quality engineering and management roles. Allison currently works as the Director of Quality at Holcim Building Envelope. Prior to this, they held the position of Division Quality Manager at the same company. Before joining Holcim Building Envelope, Allison worked as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer at Firestone Building Products and Bridgestone Americas. Allison also gained significant experience at Mubea, where they held roles such as Senior Quality Engineer, APQP Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Quality Engineering Technician.

Allison Kilburn obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Forensic Chemistry from Eastern Kentucky University, graduating in 2013. In addition, they have obtained certifications in the "Early Career Leadership Program" from Holcim and "Early Career Leadership Program – Strategy Module" from The Ivey Academy at Ivey Business School, both in the year 2023.
