Jennifer Hemgesberg

Jennifer Hemgesberg has extensive work experience with a focus on supply chain management and customer experience. Jennifer is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain and Customer Experience at Holcim Building Envelope since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director - Global ISC Planning and Performance at the same company from March 2022 to October 2023. Before joining Holcim Building Envelope, Jennifer worked at Dow starting from December 2014. At Dow, they held the position of ISC Quality Assurance Director from April 2019 to March 2022, where they oversaw supply chain quality assurance and complaint management governance. Jennifer also served as the Global Business Process Leader for Road and Rail Logistics from December 2014 to March 2019. Jennifer began their career at Accenture in May 1994, where they worked as a Consulting Program Manager for twenty years until December 2014.

Jennifer Hemgesberg completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior Studies at Central Michigan University from 1988 to 1992. Jennifer later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance, General from Central Michigan University, graduating in 1994.
