Shawn M. Emery

Shawn M. Emery has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shawn M. is currently serving as the Director of Digital Strategy at Holcim Building Envelope since July 2019. Prior to that, from July 2019 to October 2021, they worked as the Senior Manager of Digital Strategy at Firestone Building Products.

Shawn has also worked at McDonald's Corporation from May 2013 to July 2019, where they held the positions of Senior Project Manager in IT Digital Campaign Management and Project Manager in eCommerce.

Before their time at McDonald's, Shawn worked at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Program Manager for Customer Targeted Interactions from March 2010 to April 2013. Shawn M. led various initiatives aimed at integrating digital touchpoints, managing marketing infrastructure programs, and implementing a real-time decision engine for coupon marketing.

Earlier in their career, Shawn held positions such as Manager of Business Transformation at CCC Information Services from February 2008 to November 2009, Senior Consultant at Fujitsu Consulting from July 2001 to 2008, Technical Team Lead at Eagle Creek Software Services from July 2000 to July 2001, Senior Clarify Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from May 1998 to June 2000, and Lotus Notes Administrator at Andersen Worldwide from January 1996 to May 1998.

Shawn M. Emery holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Computer Systems, which was obtained from Bradley University between 1990 and 1995. In 2007 and 2008, Shawn pursued a Certificate in Organization Development from Benedictine University. Furthermore, Shawn has also obtained a certification from The Ivey Academy at Ivey Business School, named Business School for Emerging Leaders, in the year 2023.
