Kathiuska Sotelo

Kathiuska Sotelo is the current head of retail at Holcim Colombia. Kathiuska has previously worked as an office and account manager at Oilflow Solutions Inc., now SECURE Energy (Drilling Services) Inc., and as exports head at Artesanías de Colombia. As exports head, they were responsible for the exports department and led projects to enhance and increase sales volumes.

Kathiuska Sotelo has a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad del Rosario, as well as a degree in International Business from Universidad Externado de Colombia. Kathiuska also has various certifications from CESA, LafargeHolcim, and INALDE Business School.

Kathiuska Sotelo works with Eliana Arenas Ramirez - Digital Chief, Ricardo Leguizamo - Head of Procurement, and Jose Rojas Pulido - Head of Production and Engineering. Kathiuska Sotelo reports to Marco Maccarelli, CEO.
