Evis Celiku

Evis Celiku has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career in 1998 as a Statistical Specialist in the Ministry of Local Government, where they worked on surveys and research related to social issues. Following that, Evis worked as an SME Team Leader and SME Loan Officer at FEFAD Bank, where they processed loan applications and determined debt payment plans.

In 2000, Evis joined FEFAD Bank Albania SHA as a Korca Branch Coordinator, where their responsibilities included evaluating collateral and conducting financial analyses on SME borrowers. They then moved on to the role of Senior Internal Auditor at FEFAD Bank Sha Albania, where they implemented annual audit plans and assessed business processes for accuracy and efficiency.

From 2003 to 2005, Evis worked as the Tirana Main Branch Manager at ProCredit Bank, overseeing branch operations and achieving top rankings in profitability, asset size, and growth within the bank. They then joined Raiffeisen Bank Albania as the Head of SME Risk, where they established the SE segment, introduced the Credit Risk Framework, and launched credit products and lending policies.

In 2017, Evis worked as the Real Estate Operations Manager at Balfin Group, where they managed the real estate companies and ensured financial targets were met. They then served as the Chief Executive Officer of Green Coast Resort & Residences from 2018 to 2020, leading touristic investment projects and overseeing financial oversight and legal compliance.

Currently, Evis Celiku holds the position of Head of Retail Risk at Raiffeisen Bank Albania, where they are responsible for the development and governance of credit risk management frameworks and ensuring sustainable growth by prioritizing customer interests.

Evis Celiku completed a Master's degree in Global Finance and Banking from King's College London between 2023 and 2025. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from the University of Tirana, graduating between 1994 and 1998. Evis also obtained a High School Diploma from Shkolla e Mesme "PETRO NINI LUARASI" between 1990 and 1994.
