Benedicte Mayer

Benedicte Mayer has over two decades of experience in finance and corporate management, currently serving as the Investor Relations Officer at Holcim since April 2001. Throughout tenure at Holcim, Benedicte has held several key positions, including Project Manager for the Finance Integration Stream during the LafargeHolcim merger, Lead Group Planning and Performance Reporting, Corporate Controller, and Head of Controlling, Treasury, and Insurance programs. Prior to Holcim, Benedicte was a Senior Audit Manager at EXA - Réunion / Correspondant MAZARS from January 1996 to April 2001. Educational background includes a Leadership Program at IMD in 2002 and a Master's Degree in accounting, controlling, and financial management from 1991 to 1995, along with a Diplome Superieur Etudes Comptables et financieres in Accounting and Finance from ICS Bégué, Paris.
