Bruce Kirby

Bruce Kirby serves as the Maintenance Manager at Holcim since January 2024, bringing extensive experience in power generation and maintenance management. Previous roles include Field Service Representative II at Solar Turbines, Plant Manager at Lansing Board of Water & Light, and Generation Manager for Wolverine Power Cooperative. Throughout a diverse career, Bruce has overseen operations at various power plants, emphasized safety and environmental compliance, and driven reliability improvements. Bruce’s educational background includes an Executive Leadership course from the University of Michigan and an AAS in Skilled Trades from Delta College, supplemented by training in gas turbine systems from the US Navy.
