Chetan Hazaree is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development within the civil engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Innovation Strategy Lead at Holcim since February 2021, Chetan provides strategic innovation support to the R&D head, integrating insights from marketing and sustainability while addressing local market needs. Previously held positions at Holcim include R&D Project Manager and Head of R&D for Concrete & Aggregate. Chetan also served as Head of Research & Development at Larsen & Toubro and Deputy General Manager at Hindustan Construction Company. Academic credentials include a PhD and MS in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, alongside various diplomas in concrete technology and civil engineering.
