Damien Holt

Damien Holt has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Damien'smost recent position was as the Head of Asset Security at Holcim, where they designed and implemented a global security and resilience program. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Security Solutions and Services at Siemens, overseeing security operations in several countries. Damien also worked as a Security Systems Specialist Manager at Abaja Contracting Establishment and as an Operations and Project Consultant at 6SS - Milestone XProtect Experts. Earlier in their career, Damien held positions such as Director at Restrata, Operations Manager at Red Solutions FZ-LLC, and MEP Senior Electrical Superintendent at Muhibbah Engineering. Damien also founded their own company, ESF SYSTEMS, which provided technical and project management services. Damien's career has involved working on high-security projects and managing teams in challenging environments.

Damien Holt obtained a Security & Risk Management MSc (DL) degree in Criminology from the University of Leicester during the period 2022-2024. Prior to that, they completed City & Guilds NVQ 3 in Electrical theory and Principles from West Cheshire Technology College from 1998 to 2002. Finally, they received their GCSE degree from Hawarden High School between 1993 and 1998, majoring in English, Maths, Science, Geography, Recreational Studies, Welsh Language, Design Technology, and IT.
