Gergana Slancheva

Gergana Slancheva currently serves as the Group Head of People Growth and Engagement at Holcim, where responsibilities include leading global strategies related to talent identification, leadership development, and employee engagement. With a tenure at Holcim spanning over a decade, Gergana has held various roles including Talent Management for the Europe region and HR Manager for the AGG and RMX segments in Bulgaria, focusing on strategic people planning, organizational development, and recruitment. Prior experience includes consulting in assessments and training at Wilson Learning, serving as a Training Methodology Specialist for USAID, and working as an International Relations expert at the International Banking Institute in Sofia. Gergana holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of National and World Economy.
