Ken Kinscher

Ken Kinscher is currently the Head of M&A at Holcim since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ken served as the Director and Head of M&A at M.M.Warburg & CO from January 2006 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading the M&A team and overseeing various projects in M&A, ECM, and DMM as a prokurist in Corporate Finance. Ken's earlier experience includes a trainee position at KfW in 2005 and serving as a branch manager at Sparda Bank Südwest e.G. from November 2000 to September 2001. Academically, Ken holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Mergers & Acquisitions from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Diplom-Kaufmann in Economic Sciences from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln.
