Louis Malikité has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Louis started their career at Elior as an Assistant Product Marketing Manager in 2003. Louis then worked at The Kraft Heinz Company as a Product Manager and later as a Global Brand Manager, focusing on off-trade innovations, promotions, and media campaigns. From 2008 to 2010, Louis worked at La Martiniquaise-Bardinet as a Senior International Product Manager, where they focused on increasing market share and implementing operational marketing strategies for Agricole Rums. In 2010, they joined Newrest as a Marketing Manager, responsible for assortment reviews and promotions. Louis later served as a Business Development Manager, Country Manager, and General Manager, where they were involved in remote site operations stabilization, profitability consolidation, and business development. In 2020, Louis joined LafargeHolcim as the Head of Operations before joining CEMENTIS IO (Indian Ocean) as the General Manager for Cementis Mayotte & Comoros.
Louis Malikité has an extensive education history with qualifications in various fields. In 1997-2000, they obtained a License in Cellular and Molecular Biology from UFR des Sciences - Université PICARDIE JULES VERNE - AMIENS. Louis then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering in Food Technology and Processing from Aix-Marseille University during 2000-2002. In 2002-2003, they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing Management from Escaia. More recently, in 2020, they acquired an Executive Certificate in Finance, Général from emlyon business school.
