Luis Vázquez de Parga

Luis Vázquez de Parga is currently the Global I&O Head of Transformation and Global I&O Finance & Portfolio Manager at Holcim, a position held since August 2019. Prior to this, Luis served as Head of IT PMO at AXA, where responsibilities included overseeing a portfolio of over 200 IT projects annually, and as IT Operations Senior Manager, leading various operational improvement programs. Luis has an extensive background in project and service delivery management from previous roles at Grupo Santander, Grupo Gesfor, and SAP Deutschland, contributing to significant IT transformations and service management solutions. Educational credentials include a Technical Engineering degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, a Master’s degree in Management Development from Universidad de Alcalá, and a distinction-awarded PMO Practitioner certification from the Association for Project Management.
